(2025.03.05 BM) Quando vengono fatte modifiche hardware a una postazione su cui è installato tsplus

Bisogna fare un rehost della licenza ma potrebbe piantarsi e non funzionare

Se non funziona qui ci sono dei passaggi che possono essere utili e risolutivi

Ovviamente la licenza deve essere ancora nel periodo di validità (o avere il support plan attivo)

You will need to purge licence reset with an admin command
C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files\AdminTool.exe /license /reset

Restart your server

Please click on the "Activate your license" button in the AdminTool > License tab.

If this does not fix the issue, you will have to re-install TSplus.

1) You can create a backup from this documentation : https://docs.terminalserviceplus.com/tsplus/server-management#backup
2) Then, please uninstall TSplus
3) From REGEDIT, please remove the folder COMPUTER\HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\SOFTWARE\Digital River\license
4) If you still have the C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus and/or the C:\wsession folders, delete them
Some persistant files can still be used by HTML5 Service, and you need to stop this service before deleting them : Open the Task Manager, click on "Details" and terminate the HTML5 Service.
5) Reboot your server
6) Install the latest release from this link : https://secure-download-file.com/data/Setup-TSplus.exe
7) From your LICENSE tab, click on "Rehost your License"
